Katie graduated from Southampton University with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy and has over fifteen years of experience working as a physiotherapist in the NHS and private sector.
Once qualified, Katie worked for four years in acute hospital settings where she gained a wide range of experience treating patients with a variety of conditions, both as inpatients and outpatients. Katie moved to a senior community physiotherapy role in 2011 working in a specialist community neurology team and subsequently worked for two years as a Specialist Physiotherapist in a community stroke team.
Katie founded Kent Home Physio in 2020 and is committed to providing a high-quality physiotherapy service in the community, which uses a problem-solving approach to help clients to achieve their goals.
Issy qualified as a physiotherapist in 2007, following a Masters degree at King’s College London. After gaining a wide variety of experience in a North London NHS Trust, Issy moved to South London as a Senior Physiotherapist. Here she developed a special interest in neurological conditions, with a particular focus on stroke rehabilitation.
Since 2014, Issy has further focused her interest in neuro rehabilitation, working as a Specialist Physiotherapist in a rehabilitation team in the community.
Issy is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology. Her passion and expertise is in tailoring individual physiotherapy programmes for each client. By understanding each individual’s circumstances and goals, she works together with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Bev is a qualified physiotherapist with a vast amount of experience in the UK and Philippines. She came to the UK in 2007 to pursue her passion in helping individuals to reach their potential and improve their quality of life.
Over the last ten years, Bev has primarily focused on neurological physiotherapy and falls and fracture prevention within the NHS. Bev has treated people with a wide range of complex and progressive neurological conditions and has considerable experience in stroke rehabilitation.
Bev's wealth of practical experience and compassionate approach allow her to develop holistic treatment plans and help her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Vestibular Rehabilitation.
