Kent Home Physio provides specialist physiotherapy to individuals in their own home or residential setting. We aim to help our clients to optimise their level of independence at home and in their local community.
Following a thorough initial assessment, client-centred goals will be discussed and a bespoke treatment plan will be developed based on the assessment findings. Clients will be provided with an individualised home exercise programme to complete between follow-up treatment sessions.
Assessment and treatment is carried out by a Chartered Physiotherapist who is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Physiotherapy after orthopaedic surgery is often important in order to get the best possible outcome. We can help you to restore optimal mobility and achieve your goals with a tailored treatment plan and exercise programme. We can also work with you before your surgery to optimise your cardiorespiratory fitness, which can help reduce your length of stay in hospital and post-operative recovery time.
Falls, and fear of falling, are common in over 65s. We can provide education alongside a bespoke balance and strengthening exercise programme to reduce your risk of falls and improve your confidence.
Older adults can often develop conditions which may impact their strength, range of movement, balance or mobility. We can complete a detailed assessment to identify specific impairments or activity limitations you have. Subsequently, we can develop an individualised treatment programme to help make any difficult activities much easier.
If you experience dizziness or have a balance disorder, vestibular rehabilitation can significantly improve your symptoms. By completing various tests during a vestibular assessment, we can identify and carry out the correct treatment for your specific need.
