SPECIALIST PHYSIOTHERAPY AT HOMESPECIALIST PHYSIOTHERAPY AT HOME

Services

Kent Home Physio provides specialist physiotherapy to individuals in their own home or residential setting. We aim to help our clients optimise their level of independence at home and in their local community.

Following a thorough initial assessment, client-centred goals will be discussed and a bespoke treatment plan will be developed based on the assessment findings. Clients wil be provided with an individualised home exercise programme to complete between follow-up treatment sessions.

Assessment and treatment is carried out by a Chartered Physiotherapist who is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Pre & post surgery

Physiotherapy after orthopaedic surgery is often crucial for achieving the best possible outcome. We can help you to restore optimal mobility and achieve your goals with a tailored treatment plan and exercise programme. We can also work with you before your surgery to optimise your cardiorespiratory fitness, which can help reduce your length of stay in hospital and post-operative recovery time.

Older adults

Older adults can often develop conditions that may impact their strength, range of movement, balance, or mobility. We can complete a detailed assessment to identify specific impairments or activity limitations you may have. Subsequently, we can develop an individualised treatment programme to help make any difficult activities much easier.
